Upon receipt of the booking confirmation (invoice) you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the rental and the additional costs (including cancellation and reservation fees). The remainder of the rental and the premium of any insurance must be paid no later than 10 weeks before arrival date.
After we receive the total amount, the travel documents will be sent to you as soon as possible. You will receive these at least 2 weeks prior to departure (except for last minute bookings).

It is essential that you include your booking number with payment. The booking number can be found on the confirmation you received in writing by e-mail or post.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an ideal payment. You can choose the bank where you are connected in this email. When you are logged in you will receive an automatically prepared payment order, which you only need to accept.

When making a booking, you only pay a deposit of € 180, -. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive final confirmation / invoice indicating the remaining amount. Within two weeks you can cancel or change still free of charge upon receipt of the final confirmation. If you cancel the deposit will be returned.
