A good base for exploring other towns and cities
Cleanest site we have ever been on. Security great. Evening entertainment does not go on into the early morning so a great nights sleep
The resort itself is fantastic,we have looked at other sites down that area but none seem to be upto the standard of domaine du colombier. i would say its perfect for families with children of all ages. We've always felt 'safe' staying at this resort, the security at the gates are very helpful and friendly, had a lift back one night on one of the buggies as we arrived back a little late from a great day in Monaco. only change we would like to see would be in the restaurant up the top by the pool complex, the comfy seats are very inviting but are reserved for people ordering food, We only went up the top twice during our 13 night stay as we found the tall seats very uncomfortable. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and will be returning next yr, maybe a good idea to introduce a loyalty discount option for your very supportive returning customers each year.Tips for surrounding area
The area itself is fantastic, this year we went to marineland which was amazing. Lots of lovely towns around the resort and in driving distance, verdon gorge a little further away but well worth the visit.
Excuse me but I'm french and I prefer read in french. Nous avons été bien accueillis, l'endroit était beau, propre, bien conçu, il répndait en tous points à ce que nous attendions, j'ai déjà commencé à en parler autour de moi. très bon niveau général. MerciTips for surrounding area

Good service, clean accommodation, lovely pool, all you need for relaxing holiday.Tips for surrounding area
The only downside for us is where we stayed was a long walk into town and rail station. Only about 5 buses a day.
This was a lovely campsite and although caravans were close together the whole set up of the campsite didn't make it feel cramped. It felt very safe with a good range of facilities and the adults only vitality pool was a real plus. Good on site entertainment at the poolside which was the right balance of fun but not overpowering. It was always possible to get a sun lounger at the pool.Tips for surrounding area
We did feel it was a little isolated and required a 20 minute bus journey to get to the local towns of Frejus or St Raphael which was we felt one of the disadvantages of the location.
We have visited the site 6 times, however only once with Selectcamp. The site is very good, some friendly staff however the supermarket changed hands from our last visit and was not very well stocked and miserable staff.Facilities are great and good security.Tips for surrounding area
Visit to Port Grimaud, Lac du St Cassien is a must and take swimwear, the boat to St Tropez is definately worth a visit and Monaco.
Clean, child friendly, fabulous water park, great outdoor playground (animation is terrible).Tips for surrounding area
Visiting St Tropez (by boat) Monaco and Cannes are fabulous Frejus sea front in the evenings where there is a large market (firework display on Monday evenings)
Beautiful campsite, well laid out with very modern facilities.Tips for surrounding area
Proximity to major towns like Cannes, nice, st tropez and monaco
Easy to supervise children on the waterslides compared to other camps. Not too spread out - mobile homes close to all amenities. Kids loved the golf carts. Views from restaurant were fabulous - though we weren't impressed with the food. Pool was wonderful.Tips for surrounding area
Frejus town - archaeological museum and beach. Food in Frejus was AMAZEBALLS!!! . The way every now and then an army truck would pass by ( the Kids loved when that happened ) .
