You have the right to object to the collection of your personal data at any time. You may indicate this in writing, with reason, to the Data Protection Officer.
We collect your personal data for one or more of the following purposes:
a) Execution of your travel agreement;
b) Processing of the payment;
c) Sending of our newsletter and direct mail;
d) The creation of your account;
e) Communication by telephone, e-mail or chat, through social media or otherwise, to be able to receive our services;
f) Informing you on changes in our services and products;
g) Research and analysis to improve our services and products;
h) Supporting the conclusion of a travel agreement;
i) Analysis of your browsing behaviour on the websites managed by us, in order to improve these websites and to tailor the range of services and products to your preferences;
j) Execution of activities, such as a competition or quiz, in order to generate traffic to the websites managed by us.
The collection of your personal data always includes one of the following statutory duties:
A. The execution of the travel agreement that we conclude with you;
B. Your authorization;
C. Promoting a legitimate interest, namely direct mail.

a. Operators and managers of the affiliated holiday accommodation where you will stay during a booked holiday;
b. The travel insurance provider if you take out a travel or cancellation insurance with us;
c. Companies that analyse your data at our request for the purpose of improvement of our services and marketing;
d. Companies that store your data (exclusively) on our behalf;
e. Ministries and emergency services in the event of emergencies.

5. Retention period
We never keep your data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. After this period, your data will be destroyed. Third parties who may receive information from us after the expiry of this period or, if earlier, after the expiry of their services, shall return or destroy your personal data.
6. Your rights
Based on the law, in certain cases, you are entitled to the following:
I. Inspection of all personal data that we have collected from you and to receive a copy of that data;
II. Improvement and supplementation of your data so that errors or inaccuracies can be corrected;
